Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history to select the tech items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the electronic components, remote controls, and power adapters back into their original anti-static packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous barcodes are covered.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the electronic integrity and condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
